Black Belt - Cichlasoma maculicauda
Chocolate cichlid - Hypselecara coryphaenoides
Jaguar - Cichlasoma managuense
Red Terror - Cichlasoma festae
or do you mean a Red Devil(thick lipped) - Amphilophus labiatus
or the Midas - Amphilophus citrinellus
I've found the Jaguar and the Midas at Petco/PetsMart not the best place but I haven't had any problems yet.
Try a LFS for the black belt and chocolate.
I hope you have a large tank for when these guys get LARGE

Chocolate cichlid and red terror Jeff Rapps has them on his stock list. He just ran out of black belt, but there are other vieja species just as great. If you like parachromise, I do believe Rapps also have some motaguense that's a bit more aggressive than Jag and don't grow as big as jag.
And I hope you don't plan to keep them all in one tank
Not only they grow big, without a tank of at least 250g, there will be war.Good luck.
