love at first sight!

just got a new BTA, same time with a new maroon clownfish..

when both are introduced into the tank, it was love at first sight!

the maroon simply loves this friend of his.. it's a great feeling!

anyway the anemone has shifted itself overnight, and opened up like a flower.
btw does it look healthy?

I got a true clown fish that was hosting a "wall flower" and I forked over about 45 bucks for him, since my system is no where near a year for maturity I did not rush out and by a nem, Well long story short that stupid clown got sucked down my overflows and into the sump by the time I fished him out he was cut up and never recovered... I did see two baby maroons hosting a new but I was not paying 80 bucks for the new w/ 90 bucks for the two maroons plus I not really a fan of their coloring.

wao, things sure are costly for your side, i got mine BTA for singapore$7 and maroon for $5.. roughly US $6 total.. anyway thanks!

any tips for upkeeping such a nem?

yea that is a real deal. I would say good water quality, w/ ample calcium. and A nice medium flow.

thanks thanks, saw it curl up a few mysis shrimp just now when feeding the maroon.. at least its eating healthily.. feeling so relieved.. loving it!

I used to chuck in a couple of small chunks of cockle twice a week which my clown would grab and feed to my nem.
