Can anyone tell me what is happening? It was fine yesterday morning and then last night it had macro bubbles in it. I washed out the collection cup and that didn't help can anyone tell me whats going on?
thanks

Skimmer output will change if you add anything that changes the surface tension of the water. Food, water conditioners, even your hands can make it produce more fizz.

This is a good explanation. It happened to me too when I started using phosguard. No skimmate. I figured my pump was finished and went out and bought another before I realized the above as mentioned by Mogurnda. I took apart the skimmer, rinsed everything, bought the new pump and then...oh ya, its prolly the phosguard! D'OH!
