1) Which HOB or canister filter would be best to go with all the equipment that I have listed above on previous pages?

2) Are there any good skimmers that can be used on a small tank like this (20 gal. Long)?

3) I am planning on getting the All Glass Hood. Which bulb should I replace the one it comes with with?

I've only recently started a marine tank, a 20g going well for 4 weeks, but this would be my advice.

1. The only equipment I have on my tank is; a heater, an adjustable 1200l/hr powerhead and an AquaClear 70 filled with coral rubble. I've found the most important thing is circulation and leave the filtration up to the Live Rock. I prefer the HOB to the canister because I can play around with it without having to turn it off etc, plus it can help with evaporative cooling and aeration.

2. If your doing weekly water changes you don't really need a skimmer. It's only if proteins etc in the water become a problem that you might need a skimmer.
