Marineland 350 - 400

I have both of these pumps I have read other posts on them the 400 pumps more water per hour than the 350 it is a noiser pump than the 350 why is it people are saying to just go with the 350 that makes no sense to me your after turning the water over in your aquarium as much as possible so I think clearly the 400 wins that race what's your options
