Market for guppies that are actually purple instead of bluish gray?

I accidentally created these males when I crossed some tequila sunrise males with some tiger/mutt females. While these are mutts, I find this pattern and the appearance of actual purple to be tantalizing. I am half-inspired to do a little back-crossing and stabilize this lineage. Is it worth it? Are these as amazing as I think they are? The tail shape needs a bit of focus. I think perfectly round would be best. But the coloration is what has me thinking. Any feedback?

I'm hopeful about stability of this pattern because these two males are so similar. I'd have expected more stray traits from such a haphazard effort.

Go for it! They look great but it may take some time (and good culling) to even out the mut influence. Just a quick question, when you say the females were tiger/mutts, do you mean tiger endlers? If so, then I would scrap the project.

Those are very pretty guppies. and "tiger" is a pattern that guppies have as well as endlers. I say go for it, I've never seen a purple guppy before.

WOW! I for one think they're quite wonderful looking, and would say go for it! they'll be well worth it, in the end, I think!

Google Magenta Guppies. That's what you have! And YES they are very cool!

I will happily advertise them as-is. I don't need to pretend they came from some obscure asian breeder to make the sale. Nothing wrong with a good 'ol pure guppy, even if it is originally an accident.

I'd buy those!

Very gorgeous, not much of a guppy person but I'd by those, what did the females end up looking like?
