I think she just wanted to be able to redecorate the jail in time for x-mas

Poor thing! How could anybody survive on a measly $525,000?!? Oh well, maybe she'll still get a bonus.


Actually, I think part of her reason for wanting to serve her sentence out now was so she'd be out in time to do her gardening this spring.

While I am the first to usually poke fun at Martha, I have to say... what she did was really smart. She makes money off her peak gardening season. Realizing if she went into prison now that she would be out before the spring planting season is a good thing she did. I mean, if you're "Queen of all Domestics" and you are going to be under house arrest for months on end, when would you like to start serving your 'at home' time?

Oh and I heard Martha will NOT be allowed to redecorate her cell. "Camp cupcake" doesn't allow this...
