Mated Clownfish

The new clown and the old one finally produced eggs shortly before Christmas. Sadly though the older fish died shortly there after I am about to add a second juvenile at this point and hope to have a young mated pair for many more years.

The previous pair had lived quite well for the past 9 and half years in captivity. Not sure of their age before that as they were wild caught when obtained.

Ive paired two male Tomatos before and they fought for about a week and half until mine added 50% size and became female then they also stayed together

My guys haven't produced a single clutch since moving to the 90. The male cleans the same spot every day, but they haven't settled down yet.

I would suggest adding a male and se if they get along but if they get overly aggressive get him out of the tank and back to the store immedietly
