Medicating fish

Ok, so I already had to medicate my fish because I think one of my tetras died from a fungus (while I was at the store buying the med). I used one of those Jungle fizzy tablets because it seemed easy and convienent and the other fish that was not looking so well seems to be looking much healthier and has a good appetite. So, how long is my tank water going to be greenish blue?? Does all med. do that to the water or just the jungle fizzy tabs? When can I put the carbon back in the filter? And I am guessing that as long as the water is that color, it wont do me any good to test the water...

I don't know about when to put the carbon in the filter. I would guess after the suggested treatment time. Some meds change the color of the water. You can also test the water when it is that color.

umm, i used the same things and if you're water is green-blue it means you overdosed a bit :/
put the carbon back in a few days after seeing the fungus clear up.
