Metal Halide Ignitor

I am looking for the attached as mine blew out. I can't seem to find these anywhere. Anyone have any ideas? Its a 150watt metal halide ignitor.

might be easier to go to http://www.ballastwise.com/ and get a new ballast

I have to agree with JoJo, I'm not familiar with Chain Elec. If it was a company that someone knew you could contact them for parts.
