I am currently treating a fish with Meth Blue and Jungle Fungus Clear. The Fungus clear requires a 25% water change every 5 days. My question is when I do the 25% change, do I place the appropriate amount of Meth blue back in or do I treat the whole tank. It is a 30 gal tank and I am taking out 8 gallons should I treat with 8 gallons worth of Meth blue or the whole 30? I have just been treating the 8.

Well, methelyne blue is a pretty strong liquid, and from what I've seen, it can only make matters worse if you dont do enough water changes. I'd step up the water changes to once every 3 days and replace the lost medication accordingly, not dose the entire tank.

Dose only for the water you replace. The methylene blue is a dye, it is not like using a dechlorinator where it would be OK to get too much. An overdose of methylene blue or malachite green can harm your fish. An overdose of water conditioner is just a waste of money unless you get very carried away.
