You know not any animal make sme shudder. They are all animals,and if people took the time to learn about them they would not be so scared of them. BUT I HATE ROACHES
I can remember getting a mated pair of mice once for my snake to have a food source.. well, that didnt work out too well as they never bred while we had them, and my dad ended up liking them too much to get rid of em for different ones. so we kept em as pets for a couple years till they got old and died.

I love mice very, very much indeed and have had 20 over the yea rs (all for non-consumption purposes including herps of any sort) and have a 1 female right now.

I like all gerbils, mice, hamsters, guini pigs and basically all rodents. Even the capibara! (largest rodent in the world)
LOL you mean almost as good. rats are my all-time favorite rodent pet. hamsters, however, are the devil's advocates IMO.

I never owned a mouse. I have a rat though. He is the sweetest little thing. He just wants to be held and cuddle up to you and sleep on your lap. I don't know how they ever survive in the wild. Mine is afraid when a trash bag rustles, he comes running to me. I have owned hamsters and a guinea pig. Watched a rabbit. The most loving one is the rat.
I was at this small zoo and there was a capibara sleeping with its body against the fence. I gave it a little pet. It woke right up. It was so mad at me. It was flaring its nostrils at me.
