I have a 29 gallon tank and I'd like to have some different types of tiger barbs. I would like to have some tiger barbs, green tiger barbs and a couple of albino tiger barbs. Will they school together or do I need to get enough of each type to have a school?

to them, friendship is colour blind. They'll school, even if they're each a different colour (might look kinda funky, too...)

I love these sorts of schools, they make your aquarium look awesome. Plus when you have a larger school like that they are less likely to pick on any other fish or run each other too ragged. People are always amazed that I could keep long finned or more timid fish in with them, but as long as you keep them so they are satisfied you won't have any problems.
