I got some sort of ich look alike on my loach,kinda hard to get a pic since it is so shy and sort,i'll try to get a pic of it so you guys can diagnose it,but for now,the part which looks like ich is only present on the snout,not the rest of the body.

Clown loaches can be prone to ich, especially right after you bring them home. Is it a clown loach? If it's ich, it will spread before too long, and fast. You can wait a bit and see if it does that. If it doesn't, could it be some kind of injury around the mouth area?
