I have the same problem with my marble mollies. I thought the fry where really cute the first couple of hundred times they came around. Now I'm just plan tired of constantly having to weed out the fry after they have matured. You could seperate the males from the females, however I found that if you take the males out, the females while hide more. They are more "social" while constantly being chased around apparently. Your other option is too get a fish that will help control the population (by consuming the fry) I'm planning on getting some dwarf gourmis or a male swordtail as soon as possible. They're fairly peaceful fish (though I've read that male swordtails may fight with each other) (one more side note, swordtails can have loads of fry as well, so I'd stay away from the females, they can have up to 250 at one time!)
The LFS here usually takes they fry off my hands, but they say wait until their at least an inch long. This may take a month or 2. Hope this helps :dive2:

Fry do not rely on the parents. So, really you can give them away any time. However fry are more sensitive to many things. SO, you need to make sure they go into a well maintained aquarium.

Edit: This is true of molly fry, but does not cover all fish fry.
