My CO2 varies between 17 and 25 bubbles per minute. It seems the cooler the room is, the more bubbles per minute.

Pressurized C02 or DIY C02? When I had a DIY setup, it produced more when it was warm. Yeast growth slows down in colder environments.

i would seriously think the opposite. i have welded for a living and exposure to all types of tanks in all types of conditions would suggest totally the opposite. by cooling the bottle you are actually compressing whatevers in it further...... now thats an interesting paradox. by compressing it further you *might* have more pressure, but by the same token gas is alot less active with lower temperatures generally. then you have the thought of colder temps possibly causing liquid to expel, this expanding in the tube might cause an increase in pressure..... or even just the gas from a cold bottle going into a warmer tube might speed it up.....
