Morgunda Goby

I've got a Morgunda Gody who is doing very well in a community tank, although he is a bit of a clutzy eater. I have to make sure he eats...He is four inches long so far. I plan on him getting a bit bigger....

Does anyone else have one of these fishies??? Just want to know a bit more about him....I saw a pic of one in TFH magazine. but that's it...

Thanks for the links! That article was right! Anything it can fit into its mouth,it will eat! Fortunately, the LFS warned me about this and I put him in a mature aquarium with all large fish. I had some pygmy cories in there and I think he ate a few of those. I keep him well fed, so that helps....

that's a very cool looking fish s4lly.... what types of big fish do you keep with it..... and does he harass them at all.... besides the cories, that is?

Keep also a tight cover.....they are very good jumpers.....I've lost some this way....

I keep 3 very huge swordtails, 6 tiger barbs, a bunch of cories, a med plec, wood shrimp, a large Gold Gourami, a pictus cat, 2 rosy barbs, a few cherry barbs.... Its a pretty big tank!

The Morgurnda is thriving and is about 5 inches now.... Do you think he needs a friend?? I thought he was sick yesterday as he was sorta sprawled on the bottom of the tank, but he was sleeping! I found out that's what he does when he is sleepy.... his tummy looks full and he has good color.

I was gonna get him some tiny guppy feeders.... Do you think he would like these???
