Mosquito Fish - (Gambusia Affinis) and minnows

i would like to buy a couple of these fish if anyone has some in there pond outside.i would like them for my community tank.please let me know what you have.im also looking for for minnows

Man I have these in heaps in the drainage ditches around here, but I've not found a good way to catch them yet.

They probably wouldn't, the water freezes over here and we have them everywhere.
