Most easy fish to breed

Hello I was just wondering what fish is the most easily bred? I was thinking about having a breeder tank of guppies of some other fish to be used as feeders for my african cichlids. What fish breeds extremely easy without the parents eating too much of the fry. I'm not up for removing fry from parents and all that nonsense for a food tank. Also I know they don't have much nutritional value for predatory fish but is there a supplement I can feed them to "fatten them up" for my cichlids? If theres a cool fish besides guppies that breeds easy that would be cool so I have something to look at while its sitting in my room. Also any info on how to set up this breeder tank would be appreciated.

guppies, and endlers
and if you have a nice floating java moss like I do in a corner, the fry go under neath.
 
Besides livebeares I know Shell Dweller Cichlids are pretty easy to breed, plus the parents guard the babies until they are ready to defend themselves. Rosy reds breed pretty quickly too. I don't feed my fish other fish (I get to attached) so I don't really know about any supplements.

Edit: Convicts are good breeders too

convicts have my vote breed like rabbits nothing stops them plus you get 100's of fry not just 30 or so with guppies
 
well tank size is also a limitation too. would It be possible for guppies to breed in a 1 gal? That would easily be stored in my tank stand. I also have a 10 gallon that may fit under there. If it does, would it be too small for a breeding pair of convicts? If so, how many endler/guppies should I start out with in the 1 gal or 10 gal? I may throw some ghost and cherry shrimp in there too because I heard they breed a lot.

10g is too small in my opinion for convicts however it is fine for guppies. A gallon tank is even smaller and will never fit any fish in it for breeding purposes. Imagine the added bioload of fry in such a very small compartment. If you intend to use a 10g for guppies or endlers, start with one male and 3 females.

The shrimp larva will be eaten by the fish. Best to do it in another tank, not the gallon tank.
