What would be the most impressive looking setup for 3ft x 1.5ft tank? I'm thinking Lake Malawi's, with Saulosi's and Lab.C's, but your recomendations are welcome... I feel this tank is slightly too small for most of the Malawi species...

What is the gallons?

A small group of yellow labs and saulosi would make a nice tank setup. The saulosi stay smaller and both species are relatively peaceful.

Good choice:D

Now depending on how many gallons the tank is, you may be able to only have a few or a group.

How about a colony of Neolamprologus leleupi and an Altolamprologus calvus/comprissiceps? Or maybe these guys?

Your tank is a 40g Breeder, right?

You could also do a planted tank with a small group (1m/3f) of some specie of Apistogramma and then have glowlights/neons/cardinals/harlequins to add to your centerpieces.

Well, this one is supposed to be a 45g, the height is 16 inch.

Given this, how much Saulosi's and Lab.C can I hold? (I'm assuming I will have to buy many juvs for each species and thin them out into desirable M/F ratios).
