i have a 20 gallon tank with 4 gramis and 2 angels 3 columbian sharks and a pleco about 6 inches big
i will be moving them to and 80 g and suggestions on moving the sharks they are really energetic fish, and my pleco may be a problem

I would try to move them into a large pitcher or tupperware container. I think draining water down very low would be really stressful. I think netting them (quickly) and putting them into a large container during the move would be a fine idea too. That way they'll have some room to move around while you are switching tanks, and an can just be poured into the new tank once it is mostly set up. You can get big containers at walmart/meijer for less than 10 dollars :D

im only moving them accros the living room to a bigger tank. what do u mean by bag

you can get bags like you would bring them home from the LFS in... If the new tank will be set up, cycled, and have the same water parameters, just get a big enough net to move them if you can't get them into a container of some sort, it will only be for a second, it won't be that bad for them

they are all let than 6 inches, im thinking i will have a problem with the sucker fish though, they are all very active fish
