I was looking at the mr. aqua aquariums and they seem pretty cool especially as a shrimp aquarium . I especially like the 12 gallon long aquarium. I was just a' wondering if anyone has any reviews for "mr. Aqua" brand or any pictures on set ups, thanks a million!

Also, does anyone have any experience with the "Deep Blue Professional-Solar Flare mini gooseneck clip on" It's a LED light fixture for nano aquariums and I was going to use one for a 5-gallon densely planted aquarium for shrimp. I'm just worried that it might be too bright for the shrimp. Thanks

Ive been using the LED clip ons from Meijer grocery store of all places. They are in the pet section, run around 8 bucks, and are perfect for small tanks. I even use them on my large tanks for dim moonlight!

I have the 12 gallon long and love it. Here's some pros and cons -

PROS:
Looks good in any room
At 36" x 9", great footprint and surface area. Allows for some fish you wouldn't normally put in that size.
Can be mounted on a wall shelf (with heavy-duty brackets)

CONS:
Expensive (I think it was around $75)
If you have hard water, scraping off the white line is a constant chore. Normally the top brace hides this.

The top piece of wood is some quarter-round attached to vinyl that I use for a top in winter.
