This is my first and only BW tank. I wasn't planning on a BW tank but I am loving it.... I have made my GSP very happy. My SG is at 1.018 so I can keep a few SW fish from my LFS in there also. Their SG is right around that give or take a few. What do you guys think? I am clueless on how to decorate it but this seems to be a good start. And yea I don't know how to get that background to act right.
Unless your GSP is <2", you're going to need a much bigger tank for it. And at that small, you don't need to make the water so salty. How long has the tank been set up? The damsel should make a good tankmate but in a bigger tank. The fiddler crabs will also add to the bioload. Are they meant for the puffer's dinner?
Yes. bigger tank is cycling... 40g Breeder. Puffer was a rescue from Wal-mart. I took their last two but only one made it. Tank has been setup for a while now and they will all be moved to larger tank in a week or so. and yes crabs are dinner if the puffer so chooses but so far he could care less about them. But like I said I wasn't planning on anything salt but it's a good thing I set one up I guess.
