You must not have been to any of thier concerts? Or mabey thats an old thing they dont do anymore. Back in the day, all the fans used to chant "primus sucks!". It's veiwed as a compliment :D

And how could you not have a cool sound with a 6 string fretless bass banjo?!

Ozzfest 1999 I think it was, Primus had a mosh pit going at the Shoreline, that was two little pits next to eachother, with a figure 8 going arround them, and an oval arround that. It wasnt planned it just happened that way. So much fun!

Ohhh.... OK... Makes sense now.. I didn't know that about Primus though. I haven't had the oppurtunity to see them live...

It's all good. :)

I play flute and am learning piano and cello. My oldest daughter is a drummer/percussionist. My middle boy plays the double bass, electric bass, and acoustic. Youngest son is talking about violin next year.

Yes! A drummer! Hey, how do you like Sabian? I've always stuck with Zildjian, but I was thinking of switching to something else.

I know this wasn't directed at me, but I much prefer Sabian over Zildjian. I find Zildjian to have more of a "tinny" sound.

Ya, that's actually why I thought of switching. Some people I meet usually say that Sabian is more for a Metal/Rock crowd, which is what I'm into. What cymbals do you have?

I play piano (I have a Chickering), guitar (mostly acoustic lately) & saxophone (have played all from bari to soprano but I only own an alto).

I play to relax, mostly jazz and classical. I also compose on piano and guitar. For the past week I haven't played anything because I sprained my wrist (and typing ain't fun either), and it is REALLY frustrating. :(

guitar. all the way

i want an Gibson SG really bad, but i cant afford it.

right now im rollin with the PRS
