My 60g so far..

Hi guys,

Heres a pic of my 60g tank with a few plants in.. The java fern is tied to the bogwood with some fishing line.

More plants I will be getting in the next week include.. : aponogeton crispus, anubias barteri, bacopa australis, and maybe some small grasses for the foreground..

Im undecided as to whether I should have so much bogwood in the tank? Any layout suggestions/comments are greatly appreciated!

this is a great start! I think the amount of driftwood is fine, maybe try arranging it so it takes up more vertical space instead of horizontal? just a thought.

I agree. Will the piece on the left stand on end? Either way, I think it is a great start!

Just curious - what are the bars in front of the tank?

I totally agree, Im gonna change the middle piece and add another pic.. Im thinking of taking out the left piece for now because its quite big, it looks silly upright and I have an order of plants coming in on friday so I need a bit of space.. I may try it again when the plants are in...

Thanks a lot.. The bars are part of my futon bed..Its kind of annoying but not really because the tanks big enough for them not to be getting in the way..plus its the best place in my room for the tank so that I can watch the fish all the time...
