I'd like to introduces you to my Babe.

Before I do, let me tell you about her Mom & Dad. On second thought lets go farther back than that.My wifes sisters cat had kittens.When they where 2to 3 weeks old she was hit by a car and killed. I was given pick of the litter, so i chose Tuffy(Ginger Tabby). How he got his name is another story! We had him 17 yrs,. When we picked him up, we were asked to drop his brother off to his new home. When we got there- nobody home- so we kept him.(Gizmo-15 yrs-Cancer!) Oh by the way I chose Tuffy becase he was the uglyest of the litter,LOL.
Anyway, back to the Dad. We used to live in a town house across the street from the apt. we live in now. We whould leave the dinning room window open so the cat could come go. One Fri.night this black&white cat(sylvester style) came in and chowed down on the crunchy bowl then left.Sat. night he came in munched out again then went up stairs and slept under a chair where it was safe for a few hrs. then left. Sun. he came back- pigged out & stayed for the next 18 yrs!
Mom! Many yrs. ago my wife and I deliverd newspapers to make ends meet. One night in Jan. or Feb,( One of the coldest nights of the yr,) when we got back to the car, we found this beautiful tortice shell kitten sitting by the passenger door, crying &shivering. When the wife opened the door, she hopped in and curled up on the back floor and went to sleep.(We did not pick her up! She got in on her own!) We planed on taking her until we finished ower delveries than taking her back. But we thought anyone who would put a kitten out on setch a cold night dos't deserve it! She stayed whith us for the next 21 yrs!!!
Now we come to my babe.Oh bye the way, We called DAD Boots & MOM Sweety. Now Sweety had been declawed, so we thought she had been fixed,OH NO-she went in to heat & Boots got her! We had 3 boys and 1 girl- so the wife wanted to keep 1 female for herself. Sweety had 4 kittens. We fownd howmes for 3 and Michelle chose this grey one for her own.
But this grey one had her own ideas. She chose me! I DID NOT choose her! Now when Sweety when in to laber, I was there and helped dealiver her babies, so I tuched them first.So maybe she zeroed in on me,BUT ITS NOT MY FALT!
As soon as her eyes were open and she chould see what she was doing, she fallowed me everywhere. When I whould go to bed she whould come and use my ankle as a pillow. If I slept on my back. she curld up on my chest- if I sleped on my stumik, she curled up in the small of my back'
I don't Known if I should say this, but I normally sleep nude; 1 night she desided to play withthe baldheaded mouse. Her claws where not long but they were sharp! OUCH!!!
I origenaly called her Gabby becase she talked all the time.Which she did for atleastn 12to15 yrs. but she talked herself out. She can only squeak now.
The most remarkeble thing is she loves to have her tail pulled. From the time she was akitten she would BEG me to pull her tail. Nobody elles just me. My familly could not beleive it until they seen it. She would come up to me and wave her tail in my face until I started to pull it . If I stopped she whould tern arround and give me hell until I started again.
She still does! I'm 61 so I have to take pills every day.(colesteral-blood preasher ett el.)so when I shut this systeme down and go get my pills she is there in the batheroom waiting for me to pull her tail.
EVERY NIGHT RAIN OR SHINE MY BABE IS WAITING FOR ME TO PULL HER TAIL.
I have to do it. She is 20n yrs old. I have 1 Mayby 2 yrs left? Im going to miss my babe~!!!!!!!
