I think you need to start listening to people here on this forum instead of thinking of every reason in the world to not listen and continue doing what you are doing. we are just trying to help you. That is if you really want the help. If you do, then you need to take these suggestions to heart and do what is in the best interest of your fish.

the kissing gourmais are not full grow, i thought they were butsomeone said they get close to a footlong, they are about 4 inches right now. No the larger such as the blue gouramis have no killed any dwarfs. You all seem like you know their incomputable and the fact that mine all have lived together problem free bewilders you. I wont do change or listen to what others have to say? YOur the ones who wont listen, believe it or not, all these fish live in this 55 gallon very happy and aggression is not a problem i have to deal with

all gouramis are full grown, and yet they're still very happy fish, silver dollars are almost full grow, still very happy fish. sucker fish are all big, still very happy. They've all beenin there a while and still no aggression problems. and Also, i take tending to my fish seriously. 50%water changes every 2 weeks. entire tank cleaning about evey 1 1/2 months to 2 months. my fish are happy, thriving, friendly and fat, growing well. I am please to say that I have truly HAPPY fish..

May I ask what is your main language? Maybe if we know his language we can somehow translate whats goin on......if we are going to chat with him like this, it's useless...otherwise, he's like i dun trust Americans, french, etc or something... >_>

im getting a tank buddy 4 the puffer no matter what,so u might as well recommend a good fish 4 that because i know my fish r happy and i do not feel like this tank is "overstocked",your all biased

Can you post a picture of the tank? I seriously want to see what a tank with that many fish full grown looks like.

Aggression may not be a problem at the moment, but eventually, as these fish mature, some may arise. Kissing gouramis will challenge other fish by "kissing" at them, and tiger barbs may become fin nippers. Also, some of the fish may get to large which will cause territorial issues. It doesn't bewilder some of us (like me), because most of your fish have probably not reached full maturity. If you want to just go out and continue to not care for your fish properly, go right ahead. I predict many deaths in the future, though.

all gouramis except the kissings are full grown. Blues and golds are all at about 5 inches maybe a little more. no territorial problems, they all freely swim throughout the tank and gladly move for one another

"my father has a 55 gallon tank and just recently got a green puffer its by far the best fish ever! Anyways, he wants something else to go along with the puffer, what do you recommend?"

This was your first question and quite a few people have answered honestly and knowledgably. Your tank is overstocked and they do not recommend putting ANYTHING else in there. If you don't want an answer, don't ask a question. Mouthing off at people who are trying to help is not what this site is about.............Take your spoiled teenager angst somewhere else!

Ah, thanks jm

by the way, IMO its not "overstocked" its lively and nice to look at, my fish love me
