My dolphin was very healthy one day ago. Now acts very weird. I don't know it it is he or she. But I doubt she.
She is staying still in the base of the tank, swimming when she is staying still, sometimes opens her mouth very weirdly like trying to say something. Other times her mouth is moving like murmuring. Rarely she is swimming but she did not eat when I feed them. She was like she is not interested.

What could be the problem? Yesterday I clean the aquarium and moved the object inside the tank, cleaned them and put them in the same places. Does it bother her?

Need a little more info please :)

How big is the tank and what else is in it ?

How long has it been set up ?

What are your water test reading for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate and what kind of test did you use ?

Did you clean your filter while doing the clean yesterday ? if so how ?

If there are other fish in the tank, how are they ?

Tank is 20 gallons with yellow labs. Other fish are look fine, eating and swimming.
It's been set up 1 month ago. I did not check the water test readings but I often add small amounts of Nitrivac.
I clean the filter with water only.

tank is very possibly still cycling, meaning that there is excess ammonia and nitrite in the tank. I would 1) get the API Master Test Kit (freshwater) and 2) do a 50% water change for now...you need the test kit to work out when you need to do more water changes, otherwise your fish will probably die.

20 gallons is too small to keep the kind of fish you have once they get a small bit bigger - something like a 40 Gallon Long or 55 Gallon would be fine.
