Well, so I sent them a mail in order one time.
3 days after the day they should have gotten it, they claim they still have not gotten it.

Lucky for me I have Delivery Confirmation, saying it HAD been delivered 3 days ago.

After telling them that, "Oh! Well looks like our records show that we DO in fact have your order!"
Yea.... right.

So they promtly ship my order out after almost ripping me off.

The reason why I brought this up is I sent them another mail-in order, with no delivery confirmation. They should have gotten the order 2 days ago but their records still do not show that they have gotten it. I wonder if this will be the same way?
 
hmmm. I've used them three times with no problems...
 
Ive never snail mailed them an order, but their online system has a couple issues as well. Took them 2 weeks to ship stuff out to me last time, none of which was backordered. Maybe theyve just been extremely busy lately?
 
Its too bad that you have had problems. I use them monthly, if not more often for my dog/cat treats (and fish stuff too, but not as often). I think they are a great company. I would suggest to call in your order next time, or do it online. I was pleasantly suprised one day to call their 1800 number and have an actual person pick up right away :thm: !!!

Do you mean you are sending in an order via snail mail and they haven't gotten it yet?

Edit: just read slips post, I wonder where they ship from?? I've ordered one day and gotten the order 2 days later!
 
Yeah, I would call in your order, have all the item numbers right there and get the persons name along with an estimated shipping arrival, maybe they are busy lately!
 
Their Warehouse is in Wisconsin.

This was months ago, Early this year. I just sent them a new order again, mainly because I couldnt find another place that sold what I am ordering.
 
I've used them many times, but always phone orders...as mentioned above, they have people there ready to take your order, and I've always had good luck.....
 
By the way, if you very politely complain, they may offer you something ;) !! I ordered a fake plant that had a piece missing and I complained and got a $5 coupon! Not much, but I'll take what I can get :D
