My farlowella

I keep two of these guys, two different species.

Farlowella platorynchus
(Adult female)



And my farlowella vittata
(Subadult, likely female)




Anyone else keep these fish?

Theyre really neat fish though they spend a lot of their time in one spot. Theyre mostly nocturnal so very inactive by day. Also not the easiest of fish to keep alive either.

Depends on the fish... sometimes blurry but i get a clear shot every now and again.

My danios and kubotais are like that... pure luck to get a clear shot.

Thanks for sharing ! Still looks very good, when I tried with digital cameras only got clear shots with the flash, which in turn cause problems with reflections and colors.
