My last DIY tank stand build, this time of welded steel double stacked.

I just purchased and picked up my last CL deal. Since it was just the tank and lids I was able to negotiate the price down to $200 even though the tank is a relatively new black frame with not scratches, stain or chips, so no need for reseal or stain removal as its a clean and ready mega-tank. The owner just bought a new 250ga acrylic so he kept the rest of the setup meaning I will have to DIY yet another mega-stand. This time though in order to save space Im going to AC-weld a duel tank stand out of 1/8" angle steel. The top portion about 30" high will hold this new mega-tank and the bottom rack almost to the floor will hold a 135-gal that I recently resealed. The bottom tank will hold 2 corner 7x14" sock filters screened out of sight powered by a 1000 GPH sump-pump and feed by 2 corner overflows in the top tank. I will also have 2-FX5's (already on hand and cycled) filtering from behind the wall in the next room. Since we are talking less then 400 gallons that should be more then enough don't you think? Ill post picks of the DIY stand weld and setup as I complete a stage. Below the CL add after the fact and inside my truck lol.

PS, if your wondering how I got the price down, as always I just explained about the resale value of used tanks ($1 X Gal) and what my build cost would be since he was not including the filter and stand. Also 1 of the 4 lids has a corner chip. He was originally stuck on $250 but I explained that I understood and that if the tank didn't sell I fast enough, my offer of $200 would still stand. He called me back in 30 minutes and accepted my offer :^D. I figured if he didn't accept it wasn't meant to be and if he did it was meant to happen. In the end we were both satisfied with the deal.
