My new Driftwood

Well I must praise these people so far. I sent an email about the shipping insurance. reply within 24hours with a phone number, told me I can forward them money with paypal and she will take care of it. Then I couldnt figure out paypal so I called again an she walked me through that step by step. cant get much better then that
That's a really nice piece of driftwood. I'm going to have to check them out now. When should you receive it?
[Just a side note- when it comes to eBay, insurance is more for the seller and not the buyer. All you have to do is pay via Paypal with a credit card and you're almost always covered.]
Edited to add- WOW, those are some great pieces of driftwood. I'm thinking of buying one that's ending soon and standing it up in my hex. Thanks for the name!

Well first off let me say this expierence wasnt very good. my first time buying off ebay and most likely my last. The wood was not as big as the pictures or dimensions posted. supposed to be 8.5" high and its about 6, 16"wide and its 12" and 10" wide and its 7.5" So they will refund me if i ship it back, so it would end up costing me money to get the refund. not worth it. took 8days to recieve product. Was packaged well though. here are some pics. compare them to the first pics they had on ebay. So what does it come down to. I will not order from RockArtSource again and will not recomend them to anyone.
