my new fish

hey i got some new fish.

this is a.......dunno can someone help me out? told me it is nor a red devil or a midas cichlid.

i also got wild fish in my trip to the amazon part of Ecuador
a leaf fish

an aequidens, dont know which one, i think rivulatus, but he is little

a Crenicichla cincta Regan

an Eigenmannia virescens

a thin algae eator, wild

Eleotris pisonis, wild caught...looks like a rock right?

and bought two africans, Maylandia estherae

i though it was a red tilapia, but in this link clears my mind about it being a tilapia

also red tilapias or comestible tilapias are not aggressive.

Hi,

Nice fish! It's so cool that you can get wild fish, for your aquarium, almost right at your back door! Wish I could do that, but I live in Canada and there are no tropical fish around here! It's way to cold. I know it's off topic, but are there Cories in some of the rivers close to you? I'm just a Cory freak, and was just wandering.

lol it would be cool to get one there, but no, it is wild caught from here, im in ecuador right now, and i went to the amazon region of ecuador. i say what a beatiful country. have the galapagos islands, beaches and coast, then highlands, mountains and volcanos, and then junglem rainforest, the amazon

yeah, you can catch cories, rope fish, ills, plecos, cichlids, red terror and green terror, a lot of shrimps!
