I don't know why I'm posting this, it's rather embarassing. http://dwarfpuffers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=25403&highlight=#25403

BAD fballguy! BAD!!!! ;)

I usually don't give spankings on the head................. :p:

That was slightly painful to read. It's good to know you've changed your ways!

My biggest fishy sin was that when I first showed up here on AC I was only doing water changes every 6 to 8 weeks and topping off between changes. My oldest tank was up like that for years. I now do 50% changes weekly. The fish seem happier, and I no longer have an algae problem.

 you' was a bad bad boy:D lol
thats ok,I used to have in my 5 gal,
2 common plecos
4 cherry barbs
1 molly w/ her babies
and 3 neon tetras at the same time :o

hey, fbguy, I think it took alot of courage to share that thread. As others have mentioned, we've all been there in one shape, form, or another. When you start out with ANY new endeavor, there is a learning curve. Besides, if we don't make mistakes, how do we learn? What seems best is the fishkeeper who realizes VERY QUICKLY that internet search (or any kind) will help immensely. WAy to go, dude!!! :dive2:
