80watts on the 30 and 160 on the 50. the bulbs are old, so the lighting is actually dimmer. I use shop lights.
I actually had to tuch up the pictures in a paint program and make them brighter and stuff. I didnt use a flash, so the camera didnt pick up the tank lighting very well.
actually, the 30 isnt as scratched as the 50. Seeing as im 15, and couldnt have been in the hobby around long enough to be able to purchase a metal framed tank, so you can tell that one is a used tank. I got it from my aunt and uncle. the 50 use to be a salt water tank. my friend picked it up from someone and had it in his basement just chillin. I asked if I could have it and he gave it to me. There is also a black area in the upper right corner of the 50 that i cant scratch off very easily. I havent taken the time to try. its transluscent and feels like paper to the touch.
