My plants look sick.

There are a lot brown spots on the leaves of Afzeli Anubias. And leaves
of Java fern become small and narrow.

What should I do now?

looks like brown algea.

what bulbs are you running(brand, wpg,)?

also what are you running for chemical filtration? water parameters?(esp. nitrates and po4)

20 G Tank, setup for 2.5 month. substrate is creek gravel, 5mm~10mm.
Currently, 6 neon, 2 panda cory, 4 platy fries. 2 ghost shrimp.
Ammonia 0, NO3 5 or more.
I don't have other test kit for plants.

Light is very low. Only 15W.

Currently, I only want to keep the low light plants.
Now I have Java Fern, Java Moss, Afzeli, hornwort, Anubias Nana, Wendii Green
and micro sword. Micro sword need high light. It will not survive I learn from other guys.

But I want to keep all other plants. How much light need for them?

some thing around 4wpg should work for almost all the common plants, even swords and micro swords.

If it's been sunny lately, you could try opening the blinds to let more light in. It's not a permanent fix, but it helps!

Also, 15w is a little low for 20 gallons. Could you try increasing the light with a shop light fixture (they sell 24" sizes) and use your current bulb with a plant one from the hardware store? It's relatively cheap and you can make a hood from pine wood to cover it up. 2 watts per gallon (wpg) is about the very lowest you want to go with your plants. Good luck!

I'm not an aquatic plant expert but looking at the picture brings potassium deficiency to mind. Plants develop brown spots which turn into holes with this deficiency.
