lol thats fine, even i though of doing a betta group but only tanks id have is 10 gallons so that would be out of the question. i still have my demasoni frys in the 10 gallon, awaiting for the 55 to get set up lol
I would think they you could have tha actual sorority (?) and to test each betta you could get them in pairs and put them in a 30gal tank. See what happens after an hour or so. If they are mean, nasty fish who aim for the eye, don't let them in the sorority. If not, welcome to your new home! At least, something along those lines would probably work.
A betta sorority needs to be established as a group otherwise by adding an individual you risk messing up the established hierarchy.
