Haven't been spending much time at my computer so I haven't been to AC in a long time. Very happy to see a fishing forum! As much as I love my fishies as pets I love fishing too. Salmon fishing has been phenomenal this year, I got a boat and this was my 1st time ever fishing for salmon. Couldn't have picked a better year to learn. Here's a taste of the damage I've done. Lots and lots of pink salmon and a bunch of silvers make for a very full freezer.

looks like you got some blackmouths too

nice.

wow... quite a haul you made! Good job!

wow that's a healthy pack of salmon you caught there:jaw-dropping:

Makes me want to try salmon fishing lol

where abouts did you catch those?

Caught them all in Puget Sound in the Possession Sound area between Mukilteo and Whidbey Island.

I think the run is pretty much over now. Trolled for about 4 hours today and not a bite. Very few boats in the area now too, so, I'm prpbably done salmon fishing for the year. I ended up with 30 salmon for the season. 23 pinks and 7 coho. I always fished with 1 other person in the boat with me and all of them combined for 28 more salmon. 58 total salmon caught and I only made 19 trips so I'm very happy with how it turned out.

Nice catch! They look tasty.

Well it looks like the run is about over. Went out last weekend and didn't get a bite. 220 people checked by fish and game had a total of 9 fish. I'll have to get in a couple of lake fishing trips just to get all the saltwater off the boat before I cover it up for the winter.
