my tiger barb has something on its mouth

I noticed the white ball looking thing attached to one of my tiger barbs mouth. It is attached to her bottom lip, its white and looks like somekind of growth. Does anyone know what it is? And how to treat it?
 
Sounds like fungus to me. Does it look "Fuzzy"? Did she previously have a wound there? It could have gotten infected.
 
it could also be an injury, being that it's a barb... they can be quite nippy at each other... if there are other tigers in the tank, look to see if any other has such a mark on them...
 
None of the other barbs have it. It could be an injury, I cleaned their tank last Saturday, they get a bit skidish when you try to pull them out or even when you put something in the tank. If it is fungus, what do I do to treat it?
 
Correct me if I'm wrong- but I think Maracyn, Maracyn 2, or Maroxy should do the trick. You may want to quarintine.
 
White growth as is a cycst or bubble, or white growth that looks 'fuzzy'?

Water parameters too please
