Names for a horse?

Hmmmm I used to have horses,and Hmmm well I can think of some good names for them. What about Chesnut,or pinto,or Stallion,or LOL Black buety.
Well are you getitng a regestered one? You can give them a barn name according to their reg. name. If you are getting one its very likely it already has a name.
If it helps we have two horses, a reg. pinto named dreamweavers ranger(ranger) and an appaloosa named Schatze, which is german
Also, I dont usually name animals before I get them because they usually earn a name

once your horse comes into your life, and you get to know each other, he/she will tell you. my 4 yo walking horse filly is rose, after my cherokee great-grandmother. it just came to me as i was watching her. skye is the same--his gait is smooth as the wind, and i wanted to honor my father, and twh generally have their sires name, so delights skye warrior. in my opinion its bad luck to name a critter before it comes, and they are so full of their own personalities, you could give it a totally wrong name . . . sorry for no caps or puncutation, my keyboard isn't working too well
