What do you guys think if i get this to mix it with my CC? Is it really good? Is it a good source of live sand? What can be better?

Its about as good as mixing any dry sand with a little bit of water and selling it as live sand.
Dont waste your money. Bacteria will build up on its own in relativly short amount of time.

If you could get a few cups of sand out of some established tanks, that would be great! That would help seed the rest of the 'dead' sand.
Some shops will sell you live sand out of their tanks, and most saltwater keepers would be happy to give you some for free. If you lived closer, I'd give you some.
