melafix and foaming tank OD? help

Took a cup home from work and forget the dosage.

OK added 2 ml to a ten gallon tank now the tank is foaming!

I believe it's one teaspoon per 10 gallons of water for injuries/external infections.

Addition: I just Googled it and the 1 tsp./10 gallons is for the 5% aquarium solution. There's also a pond version of Melafix that's more concentrated; it looks like the dosage is one tsp. per 50 gallons for that variety.

I tool it out of a white gallon container.
The label was green.
I know at work we use a capfull teaspoon per tank (40g) so thinking its the stronger stuff.
