I plan on spending between $100 to $200 on a digital camera. Just not sure which one to choose.

I know I need something with anti-blurr or stability feature in it. I also would like something with special affects, such as;

Negative, black and white, antique, etc.

I am just looking for a simple point and shoot digital camera.

Any suggestions?

Nips

I think Canon makes a decent one for like 149$ http://www.google.com/products?hl=en&q=canon%20cameras%20powershot&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wf

Kinda generic link...I have an old Canon powershot from many moons like 5 years ago. Still use it and you can see my pics under planted tank and in the photos section.....they are in no way amazing or pro, but it produces a natural shot of exactly what your trying to take a pic of. As well has all the coloring options and doo-dads you might be looking for...

I've got a Nikon L11, It takes pretty good pictures, and if done right, you can see little details like individual grains of sand, the little bright green tips on Java moss, or details that are about 2-3mm wide.
