Ok,

I bought some Endler's guppies a few days ago and came home to find out that the one that had no caudal fin was dead. I removed it and noticed that another one was just kinda hanging out on a sword plant leaf. When I fed them it swam off the leaf, ate, and then returned to the leaf again. I checked the water chemistry and here are the results:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 10
pH: 7.6

Does anyone know if this is normal behaviour for these little guys?. I suspect the one without the tail died of stress because it was being nipped a lot by the others. Just thought I'd try to save it but to no avail.

two of the guppies died today. I don't know what is going on. They were swimming around fine this morning and now they are dead. They were in with some neons at the pet store in a pretty packed tank. Could it be some kind of disease? One had actually died on the way home.
