The Golden Firemouth (Aureum) would not be a bad choice, and these beauties are a little more exotic, but are still often available.
 
ok ill give them a look. anything else? its for a 75 gallon tank so i can get a few more fish :D
 
There are all sorts...there are none of the albino ones, though...Google Thorichthys aureum or Cichlasoma aureum for what you need.
