I got a piece of driftwood for my 30 gallon tall tank. I'm planning on taking out the two large peices of rock in the tank and replacing it with the driftwood. I'm wondering what to do with it. I'm thinking of attaching a plant to it. But I was wondering what kind of plant to attach to it. I have java fern growing on a piece of driftwood in my 10 gallon tank and it's turned out pretty nice. I was thinking of using java moss for this peice of driftwood. Should I use java fern or java moss? What other plants could you attach to driftwood? It would have to be a plant that does good in low light. But what do you guys think?

Here are some pictures of the 2 different peices of driftwood.

drift wood in the 10 gallon tank. (Do you think it needs a trim or does it look ok as it is?)

Mayb some riccia?

You can attach anubias to driftwood just like java fern. Any type of moss pretty much and almost any variety of java fern. Ricca usually does better in med-high light setups so I wouldn't recommend it.
