Hello I notice that dumbo ear guppy is starting has a white fade in his tail fin. I am wondering if it has to do with fin rot? I never seen it before so I cant really tell. He doesn't look sick, he eats well and moves around a lot. Sorry for the photos as its really hard to get a good shot of it and my camera isn't the best. I just want to know if it is. I also see some small black dots in his top fin
