haha yea i noe that..and i agree with keeping it in the QT tank but i wanna know

what is the maximum sensible time i should keep them in quarantined? i know there is no such thing as too long a quarantine but i want whats the limit for even the longest of duration for the disease that has the longest incubation period.

eh.. i think im not expressing myself properly.. any1 can help? ahah i dunno how to put it in words..

A month is a good amount of time to keep new arrivals in QT.

If this is columnaris... it is extremely deadly. Don't take a chance. Wait until the white beard is gone, and then I personally would wait a whole month. You will seriously regret it if your fish has columnaris and you expose your tank to it.
