Neons in 20gal

Could I fit 14 neons in a 20gal with a australian rainbow, and 2 gold dust mollies? sorry if this is a dumb question I just dont want to put the neons in then find out that its overstocked.

the tetras will be ok but leave out the other two fish. if the tank is not cycled yet, don't use the tetras to establish a biofilter ... they're not at all hardy to the ammonia and nitrite that will result. danios are an excellent 'starter' fish.
