It looks lovely! I guess the stickers are not for everyone, but like lawn gnomes and colorful watering globes, I think they just add a whimsical aspect to the garden 
A large piece of bamboo over the pipe would look wonderful, and if you could get the waterfall working, that would be spectacular!
